Clean and modern accommodations welcomed us, with a comfy suite that perfectly met our family’s needs. A huge bonus? The accommodating staff embraced my wedding day vibes and truly made us feel special! Breakfast was hot with plenty of coffee, although some items could use fresher attention. A solid stay overall!

Unfortunately, our stay was riddled with disappointments. The check-in process felt unwelcoming, as the staff seemed irritated by our presence. Additionally, there were issues with the breakfast, including spoiled milk which was quite off-putting. The lack of housekeeping services unless requested left us without enough towels during our stay, and the front desk's response to our request was quite condescending.

We had a great stay for one night. The staff was super chill, and the decor had a nice western feel! The room was clean although the couch could use some love. Breakfast was solid, and they had tasty coffee. A picnic area outside was a nice touch. Just wish the TVs in the suite weren’t fighting for attention!

Cheyenne's culinary scene dazzles! I found some artisan bread that rocked my world. A cozy picnic area for those outdoor munchies. The breakfast here offered a nice variety too—definitely not the worst! The king room was spacious enough to stretch out after a long drive.

But, if you're after a good night's sleep, this ain't it. The bed felt like a concrete slab, and I swear I blinked, and the breakfast options vanished. It was more of a buffet race than a meal!

It was just a good pick for a short visit in Cheyenne with all in all brilliant value for money. The shuttle service was fantastic, and Lothar was super helpful and friendly, making sure we got to places on time. Make sure to take advantage of the shuttle for hassle-free travel around town.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites By Marriott Cheyenne Southwest/Downtown Area offered a lovely western charm with modern amenities, creating an inviting atmosphere. I appreciated the easy access and the warm decor that made each common area feel welcoming.

More seating in common areas would be helpful.

The breakfast was nice with hot options like bacon and biscuits. 🥓 I loved the spacious Queen Room with Two Queen Beds & Sofa Bed. However, the bed was too hard for my comfort.

I loved staying at this hotel since it was conveniently just a leisurely stroll away from Holliday Park and Cheyenne Botanic Gardens, making it so easy to enjoy the city's lovely outdoor spaces. plus, the staff's friendly demeanor really made my visit special, especially when Aimee at the front desk answered all my questions cheerfully, ensuring I had a fantastic stay.
